RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you order something and it is supplied incorrectly or a product is damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form. We will rectify the situation as soon as possible and send you the correct item.
If you have been sent an incorrect item, please refrain from opening it unless you are certain that you would like to keep it. All claims must be made within a reasonable time from the delivery date.
Change of Mind:
Should you change your mind on any of the ordered items, we are happy to help. The goods must be returned at the customers cost and sealed as new, in their original packaging. Please get in touch at email@example.com or via the contact form to request the right to return your order. We will refund the cost of your order, but not the return postage.
